1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 79pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the 79pkr website, mobile interface, or any associated services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 79pkr platform, you irrevocably agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026. All previous versions of the 79pkr Terms & Conditions are superseded by this document from that date forward.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with 79pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other gaming restriction issued by 79pkr or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual when registering or operating the account.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

79pkr reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage. You agree to provide documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership within a reasonable timeframe when requested. Failure to do so may result in account suspension, withholding of funds pending verification, or permanent closure.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 79pkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 79pkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

79pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify us of a security breach and we take action to secure the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 79pkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 79pkr supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your 79pkr wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 79pkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements are satisfied.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be revised by 79pkr without prior notice.
• 79pkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction, including but not limited to deposits exceeding defined thresholds, prior to processing withdrawals.
• Any deposit made through fraudulent means, including use of stolen payment credentials or chargeback abuse, will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

79pkr does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 79pkr bears no responsibility.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 79pkr sportsbook and all casino game rounds played on the 79pkr casino platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each product area and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting conditions include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific event or market rules expressly permit this.
• 79pkr reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the user's wallet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 79pkr will defer to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic cricket fixtures.
• 79pkr reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict market access for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, without being required to provide an explanation.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed availability. 79pkr accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to technical interruptions.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. 79pkr does not intervene in or influence the outcome of any casino game round.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

79pkr offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and PSL season-specific incentives. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms.

The following conditions apply universally to all 79pkr bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 79pkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by users who have accepted and partially met the promotional conditions.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or multi-account abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Where a bonus is awarded in error, 79pkr reserves the right to reclaim it from your wallet balance, even if this results in a negative balance that must be settled before further withdrawals are permitted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 79pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human input in real time.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, using stolen payment credentials, or exploiting payment system vulnerabilities.
• Money Laundering: Using the 79pkr platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the source of funds through gaming activity.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on inside information relating to the fixing or manipulation of a sporting event, including PSL cricket matches.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Underage Use: Registering or using a 79pkr account if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 79pkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, betting interfaces, casino game presentations, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 79pkr or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 79pkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any 79pkr content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 79pkr software or application.
• Use the 79pkr brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

9 Privacy & Data

79pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

You consent to 79pkr processing your personal data — including identity documents, financial transaction records, and account activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming obligations.

79pkr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

10 Responsible Gaming

79pkr is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take this seriously as a platform obligation rather than a regulatory formality.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 79pkr account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 79pkr account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) to allow reflection time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 79pkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 79pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption to platform availability, including during scheduled maintenance windows or unplanned technical outages.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable account security practices.
• Any content, odds data, or statistics provided by third-party data suppliers that prove to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

79pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or legal order requiring account closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by 79pkr for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to Terms

79pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 79pkr will provide reasonable notice via the platform or registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 79pkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 79pkr operates under applicable international online gaming regulations and complies with relevant anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 79pkr's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Users retain the right to submit complaints to relevant consumer protection authorities in their jurisdiction.
